At Norlume, we’re committed to helping you achieve real results through our wellness solutions. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before deciding on a return. If you're still unsatisfied after 14 days and within 60 days of receiving your order, you're eligible for a refund under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be in processing and changes might not be possible.
If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We believe in our products and their ability to help you. That’s why we offer a 60-day money back guarantee. If after 14 days of consistent use, you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within the remaining guarantee window.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned to be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please email hello@norlume.com with your Order Number, or the Name and Email Address used at checkout.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package every order. A product is considered damaged if it arrives broken or defective. Minor damage to packaging during transit (e.g., a dented box) is not considered product damage.

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Email hello@norlume.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Include a clear photo of the damage.

If eligible, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect use.

Shipping & Delivery

While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, Norlume is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances during transit.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delayed shipments outside our control

For delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It’s your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you need to correct an address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Failure to do so may result in:

  • Your order shipping to the wrong address
  • Ineligibility for a refund or reshipment
