At Norlume, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders—because your wellness journey shouldn’t come with extra fees.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after placement. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit.
Please allow up to 7 business days during peak seasons, sales, or holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and begin after the order has been dispatched. Below are general estimates:
🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 6–12 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days
🌍 Other International: 8–20 business days
Note: Delays due to customs, courier backlogs, or holiday congestion may extend delivery times.
Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can lead to delays or cancellations.
If we detect an issue with your address, we’ll email you within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response within that time, your order may be canceled and refunded.
Need to correct your address? Email hello@norlume.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes after this window aren’t guaranteed.
Delayed Deliveries
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we aim for fast shipping, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier issues or transit disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Payment or address verification delays
Norlume is not liable for delivery delays outside our control, but we’ll keep you informed and do everything possible to help resolve any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the courier. If your package is lost or stolen, please:
- Contact the courier directly to file a claim
- Email us at hello@norlume.com, and we’ll assist you through the process
While Norlume is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a one-time replacement, depending on the situation.
